You can contact us by mail or telephone, through our website www.dunacandela.com and in our Contact section by filling out the form, as detailed as possible. It is important for us to hear from you.
You can also find us on the social networks Facebook, Instagram and twitter although we recommend that you use them to publish your photos and experiences.
Tell us about you
The flamenco and travel experiences we design are personalized and tailored to you, so the more we know about you, what you would like to find, what you already understand about flamenco and how far you would like to go, and your wishes and expectations, we can better accomplish your goals. Tell us all about yourself, your hobbies, your interests, your dreams…
Pricing
When designing an experience, a trip or a service the costs can change very quickly so we must consider that when a price is given it is for information purposes and that it can be changed, especially because some of the services have to be confirmed at the time of booking.
Invoices will be valid until 15 days after they have been made and may be subject to change.
The availability of hotels and their prices cannot be guaranteed until the day of reservation and may not be guaranteed until the day of check-in. Some hotel rates change even daily. We rely on your comprehension.

Last minute
Debes de tener en cuenta que cualquier servicio confirmado con menos de 15 días de antelación a la llegada a su destino podría requerir de cierta flexibilidad respecto a las fechas, horarios y contenido propuesto.
En ciertas ocasiones, por causas ajenas a nosotros podría darse una modificación o cancelación de actividad o evento sin aviso previo.
Dunacandela tratará de encontrar una alternativa o bien dar una explicación de las razones.

Restaurant and show bookings
If you ask us to make a reservation on your behalf, we will be happy to do so, but please note that some restaurants require you to provide them with your credit card to guarantee the table as well as tickets to shows. Also, in case of cancellation some may apply a financial penalty. In both cases, we will let you know with the details.
Remember that show tickets cannot be cancelled and have no right to a refund.
On some occasions, for reasons unrelated to us, an activity or event may be modified or cancelled without prior notice.
Dunacandela will try to find an alternative or give an explanation of the reasons for the changes or cancellations

How to book
Please note that unless specifically stated otherwise, 25% of the total cost of the trip must be previously placed in order to secure and confirm the reservation. All services and itineraries, unless otherwise specified, must be paid for 30 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made during those 30 days immediately prior to the trip, full payment must be made immediately to secure and confirm the reservation.

Final Itinerary
You will receive, via email, 20 days before your arrival, the final documentation about your final itinerary. This contains all the details and necessary contact information, as well as other useful information about your trip.

On your arrival
As a general guideline we will be present at every trip and event ensuring that everything is to your satisfaction. In any case you will have personal assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. From a simple change in the itinerary to a complex restaurant reservation, or any extra service, you can count on our professionals at any time: they will make sure you are treated with the utmost care, down to the last detail.

Privacy policy
In the case of hiring us, Dunacandela will communicate personal data to our partners during the service delivery to whom we have to provide basic information, such as name, address and telephone number.
The information we share with these companies will never be more than the details strictly necessary to accomplish the chosen itinerary for the client, however in that case there would be a previous information requesting the express consent of the interested party.
